AI Model Training and Data Usage
By default:
• Your uploaded photos, videos, and voice samples are used only to fulfill your specific requests, such as generating your AI clone, producing images or videos, or creating talking avatars.
• We may retain your uploaded media and generated files as needed to enable core features of the Service, including:
• Displaying thumbnails and previews in your account;
• Allowing you to re-generate content or restore your clone if data is lost or corrupted;
• Maintaining continuity across sessions so that your clone and related features remain functional.
• Your data may also be retained temporarily for technical processing, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• We may use aggregated and anonymized usage data (never identifiable content or likenesses) to improve overall system performance and reliability.
Your uploaded media and generated content are never used to train public AI models or made accessible to other users.
You may request deletion of your uploaded data, AI clone, or associated media at any time (see Section 10).
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Upon verified request, we will delete your personal data and associated content within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or operational requirements.
Backups may persist for a limited period for disaster recovery and legal compliance.
